The simple version

Reach out within 30 days of delivery and choose a refund or a replacement. Items should be in resellable or original condition for a full refund; damaged or defective items are always covered, no questions asked.

How to start a return

• Email support@sirusocleargoodies.store with your order number
• Tell us what arrived and what you’d like (refund or replacement)
• We’ll send instructions — and a prepaid label for damaged items

Refund timing

Once your return is received and checked (or your damage photos are confirmed), refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 3–5 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable except where an item arrived damaged or incorrect.
